We assist in the process of seamlessly concluding the stay of your international talent in Sweden. This includes tasks such as terminating lease agreements or other subscriptions, deregistering from the population registry and other authorities such as the Swedish Social Insurance Agency (Försäkringskassan), to arranging an address change, handling matters with the bank, and even coordinating the move-out inspection, among other tasks. We provide assistance in every step of the way and tailor our services to your employee’s individual needs.
Parts of Our Process
We begin with an initial conversation where we get to know your employee, and if applicable, their family as well. We assess where they currently are in the moving process and provide guidance on tasks such as the move-out inspection, or other burdensome matters.
We assist in the termination of lease agreements. This includes helping in scheduling a date and time for the move-out inspection with the landlord and explaining what to expect for your employee and the landlord.
We offer assistance in notifying different authorities, banks, and the appropriate agencies or organizations to arrange an address change. We also help in the mail forwarding process, and in scheduling services such as cleaning and moving, among other tasks.
We accompany your employee and the landlord during the move-out inspection to ensure that everything is conducted correctly and that any deposit refunds are processed. We also offer assistance in case any questions or concerns arise in the process.
