If you are leaving your property due to an international assignment, your company may offer a so-called Departure Service, and we can assist you with that. There are many details to consider, such as work permits in the new country, canceling all phone/electricity/water subscriptions, change of address, legalization of certificates, and more. Please feel free to ask us about our Departure Package to make your move a little less stressful.

We facilitate housing for talents
You don’t pay us for finding your accommodation; the company that assigned us the search task is our client. However, this means you will be responsible for practical arrangements during your working hours as viewings take place during the day. If you require more assistance or are unable to show your property during the day, we suggest hiring a representative to assist you – a so-called letting agent.
