The housing process begins with an introductory meeting with you as the client and your newly hired talent. During this meeting, we walk through the entire housing search process to find the best accommodation for your employee.
Following the initial meeting, we commence our search for residences that align with your specific preferences. Our search process is meticulous and aligned with your and employees preferences. We also arrange housing tours in person or via video.
Once the prospective tenant has selected a residence they are satisfied with, we handle the negotiation and contract drafting process. Before the individual moves into the residence, we conduct a meticulous move-in inspection.
After ensuring everything is in order, we provide the keys to the tenant and inform them about all practical aspects of their new accommodation. Our commitment goes beyond moving in; we also assist with practical arrangements such as home insurance.
