Stay Hydrated Drink water throughout the day to stay hydrated. Dehydration can cause drowsiness and often a sip of cool water can provide a nice wake up for the brain. | |
Desk Exercises Get out of your chair and move. Do some jumping jacks, visit a friend across the office, or do a few stretches at your desk. Moving can get your heart pumping and re-energize your ability to concentrate. |
