The Lease Renewal Service is part of our Destination Services. When your lease comes to an end it’s often possible to prolong.

Lease Renewal Service
  • Renewal of Lease: Nimmersion will arrange for the renewal of the lease.
  • Confirmation of validity: Nimmersion will confirm the rental validity.
  • Check of Permit: Nimmersion will check on the permit to sublet by building board.

 

All relocation services will be conducted by a personally assigned relocation consultant, introductory information about Sweden, an explanation of the rental market, and access to Nimmersion’s exclusive site content.
